It is more than a decade now, since
the merging of the two oldest and largest real
estate firms in Modoc County: Dean Neer Realty and
Modoc Realty. Each real estate company was established
over 36 years
ago, but both have a much longer history. The present combined
firms have a staff of four licensed real estate sales agents, two brokers,
and an office manager. They handle approximately 65
percent of Modoc County's real estate transactions. Most of
our
agents are natives of Modoc County or life time residents.
All are dedicated to providing straightforward, capable, and
helpful service to both customers and clients.
