Modoc Realty was first opened in 1979 as a partnership between Beth Swift and Dennis Tate. The Modoc Realty office building at 335 N. Main Street was designed and built by Beth specifically for Modoc Realty as well as several other businesses. The building’s efficient and attractive design is welcoming and friendly as are the people you will meet inside. Martha Williams has been with Modoc Realty for many years and is a valuable part of the business. Martha was born and raised in Modoc County and has an unmatched knowledge of the people and the county.
